RUBINATE 5005 is a poly(methylene diphenyl isocyanate) (MDI) characterized by its high range of functionality used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam. Polyurethane systems using RUBINATE 5005 as the isocyanate can be processed by any commercial production method using most polyurethane foam dispensing machines on the market.
APPLICATION
RUBINATE 5005 is used in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams, used as thermal insulation in the refrigeration industry, in the manufacture of polyurethane panels used in the construction industry and cold rooms; as well as in microcellular polyurethane foams and integral skin, used in the automotive industry for the manufacture of bumpers, internal safety accessories, etc.
