PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Continuous Action Demulsifier is a continuous action demulsifier based on aromatic solvents and alkyl resins, which is used to break emulsions of the water type dispersed in crude oil.
APPLICATION
Once applied, the Demulbreak continuous action demulsifier breaks the emulsions of water dispersed in the crude oil that frequently form at the bottom of producing wells that use agitation mechanisms to lift them, such as, for example, with BES electro-submersible pumping systems.
The continuous action demulsifier has thermal stability and can be injected via capillary into the bottom of producing wells or on the surface in flow lines or separation equipment.
The Continuous Action Demulsifier can be modified depending on the conditions of each field, referring to the type of lifting, temperature, residence time and production facilities.
APPLICATION
It is used as a calcium carbonate scale inhibitor in oil producing well pipes, formation water injection wells, and oil and water flow lines.
The Continuous Action Demulsifier is used as a continuous action demulsifier in the dehydration treatment of crude oil in the oil industry.
It can be injected downhole into the producing well or into surface facilities such as flowlines, separator inlets, or wash tanks.
The dosage to be applied is determined by monitoring the hardness of the emulsion. For a production start-up, it can be determined by a bottle test and adjusted based on monitoring the dehydration.
