PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ANTIPARAFIN product is a surface agent for use in the oil industry, designed to control asphaltene and paraffin deposits.
It is very effective in preventing asphaltene and paraffin deposits, but also acts on formed paraffin by maintaining the particles of
dispersed paraffin.
APPLICATION
The ANTIPARAFIN product is applied by continuous injection down the well and flow lines, and in batch-type treatments to remove deposited paraffin.
The application of this product is recommended for:
Tank Bottom Treatments: To dissolve tank bottom deposits, empty the tank and apply a batch of 55 to 250 gallons to the tank. Allow to sit for 6 to 24 hours, depending on the hardness of the deposit.
Batch Treatment: To remove paraffin from flow lines or producing wells, apply 10 to 15 gallons on a weekly or biweekly basis, although the optimal frequency depends on the severity of the problems.
Continuous Treatment: To prevent asphaltene and paraffin deposits or remove existing deposits, start with one gallon per 25 barrels of production (1000 ppm) and reduce until the optimum dosage is found.
Clogged pipes, stagnant pumps, formation face and equipment cleaning: Batch treatments of 10 to 110 gallons should be used.
