AMPP Course "Fundamentals of Corrosion"

From July 1 to 4, 2024, the "Fundamentals of Corrosion" course was held in Ecuador, an event of great relevance for the industry, certified by the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). This intensive course brought together engineers, technicians and professionals from various areas, giving them the opportunity to acquire specialized knowledge in corrosion control, asset integrity and advanced coating techniques.

The program covered everything from basic corrosion principles to advanced prevention strategies, with a focus on practical applications and real-life case studies. Attendees were able to interact with international experts, access the latest technologies and methodologies, and share experiences that will enable them to implement best practices in their own organizations.

This event not only reinforced the importance of proper corrosion management to extend the useful life of assets, but also highlighted the fundamental role of continuing education in training professionals capable of facing the challenges of the industry.

With this initiative, we remain committed to building societies and organizations that are more focused on control, asset integrity and structural coatings, thus contributing to a safer and more sustainable environment.
